Through the strategic alliance with TMV Business Group, Riverbend Solutions Group will expand its offering of Corporate Advisory Services to Middle-Market Private Companies to the Austin and Central Texas market.


Dallas, TX – Riverbend Solutions Group, Inc. (“RSG”), a leading middle-market operations and financial advisory firm, today announced its merger with TMV Business Group, LLC (“TMVBG”) an experienced advisory and brokerage firm servicing start-up companies, small businesses and middle market enterprises. The new firm will be named TMV – A Riverbend Company (“TMV-Riverbend”) and will be based in Austin, TX.


This transaction will further expand RSG’s unique, multi-disciplined offering to middle-market private businesses. According to John O’Neill, Managing Director at RSG: “The new partnership with TMV Business Group will help us grow into a new and unique market place with a very diverse economy.  Gaining this market presence will help maintain innovation and connect us to a growing and dynamic community.”
